This is not a complete book but a good introduction to Threading in C#, available for free on Jospeh Albahari’s web site (PDF). This 78 pages book is a quick read and a good introduction to the threading API available in .NET (examples in C#). The author also introduces some interesting patterns to deal with synchronization issues.
